A full day of focused work — about 3–4 hours of your team's time. Discovery, shadowing, and a working build on the highest-priority target by end of day. Three stacked guarantees and 30 days of post-engagement support. Founder rate available for the next three engagements.

Ongoing Retainer — $4,000/mo

Roughly two days of work per month, embedded on whatever is highest-leverage. Priority access; first call when something breaks. 5-month minimum (10 days total). The natural next step once a deliverable engagement surfaces a multi-month roadmap.
